  2. Nav4All will NEVER sell your information to any third party.
  3. Nav4All will NEVER spam you, although we reserve the right to send you email every once and a while with information we think you may find useful. Such information includes new feature announcements, account logistics, and perhaps a relevant plug from one of our trusted advertising partners. We promise we won't bother you.
  4. Nav4All may contact you on your mobile device via text message, although we will do so only in regards to critical account alerts. For instance, if the location of a recent flag is ambiguous, we will notify you immediately so you may correct it.
  5. Nav4All reserves the right to display relevant third party advertisements on our website. We will try to integrate them into our service as seamlessly as possible.
  6. Nav4All will make every effort to ensure your account is not accessed by an unauthorized party (yes, those darned third parties again!) Still, please choose a secure password and flag wisely. Personal information, such as your home address, should only be shared with those you trust and should not be made public.
  7. Nav4All reserves the right to conduct studies using user data to improve our service. Such data includes but is not limited to demographic information and account statistics (flag frequency and number). If this data is ever disclosed to a partner, it will never be associated with any individual user(s).
